Don't eat very much carbs like white bread or anything that's white. Also drink the instant slimming protein drink about twice a week for a meal. Take a 30 minute walks every day, good luck.
Besides healthy eating and walking it's good to work on building up the tummy muscles! There are all kinds of exercises for building up both the upper and lower tummy and they work miracles and you can safely do tummy exercises every day!
Stop drinking sodas, even diet sodas will keep your middle looking thick. Good luck.
