We have pleated fabric blinds since we built the house 12 yrs ago. Once a yr we have run over them with Kirby blind tool, and once soaked them in the tub with mild soap and scrubbed the bad spots.
I have stiff roller blinds and want to remove squashed insects that look like rust stains.
