The standard online Merriam-Webster dictionary has oodles of assorted free fun knowledge quizzes you can take. The categories include quizzes such as Visual Vocabulary, Memory, Attention, Dictionary, Thesaurus, Medical and Encyclopedia. What a great way to test your knowledge and also learn new things every day.
You're allowed a certain amount of seconds for each question (depending on the quiz) and you choose when you're ready to begin each question. You will receive points for each answer based on how many seconds it takes for you to answer. There are also bonus points based on how difficult the question is. If any given answer isn't correct it tells you before the next question what the correct answer was so even if you didn't get it correct you've immediately learned something new :-)
I started with this first link here, which is the Dictionary test. You'll see that quiz on the left towards the top of the page. Over on the right of the page show other quizzes. Different quiz choices come up as you either complete one quiz or click to open any other quiz. Save your favorite quiz category links in your Favorites Folder or Favorites Bar so you don't have to search for it to play daily. I chose to save all three of these links as my favorites. The Name That Thing quiz is not as easy as one would think it is.

Thanks Deeli. My brain needs a good workout.
Do they have a quiz for males who are over 50 and who were blond in there youth? You know, those of use who have a hard time walking and chewing gum at the same time.
This is such a good idea for the "Baby Boomers" (and everyone else) so we can improve our mental skills. I'm always looking for new kinds of Brain Busters and other games that I can do by myself to keep those cells hopping!
Thanks, I'm going to have to check out these links! JPJ
