Coconut Chess Pie

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 2 Tbsp. cornmeal
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1 cup milk
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 can coconut
• 1 pie shell, unbaked (9 inch)

Directions

Mix ingredients by hand in order given. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees F for 50-60 minutes.
