Put the bacon, butter, onion, and celery in a pot over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally. Cook until the bacon is browned and the veggies are tender. Increase the heat, and add the stock, orzo, and peas. Cook until the orzo is done, stirring often. Add the parsley and pepper, and serve.
