Rescuing A Burned Pot of Food

When making a pot of food and you get distracted, it might start to burn on the bottom. To save the pot of food, quickly transfer it to another pot without stirring. If you do stir it, most likely the burnt taste will be stirred into the food and it can't be saved.

Transferring to another pot without scraping the bottom of the first pot is a great idea! I have done this several times and it has always worked. You can save the pot 9 out of 10 times also. I tend to want to cook my food too fast and on high.
