Kids love these potatoes! They are so easy to make any, in my opinion, most anything with Velveeta cheese in it is extra good!
Ingredients:
- 2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 jar mushrooms
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
- 2 cups cubed Velveeta cheese
Directions:
Mix ingredients and pour into 9x13 inch dish. Melt 1/2 cup margarine and pour over top. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
