Combine sugar, vinegar and salad dressing in small bowl, and mix well. Chill, covered, for 2-4 hours. Combine remaining ingredients in medium bowl, and mix well. Stir in chilled dressing.

In large bowl, separate broccoli and cauliflower into florets. Add bacon, onion, tomatoes, and eggs; set aside. In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Mix until smooth. Pour dressing over salad and toss just before serving.
