I wanted to post a picture of my country table. With Christmas over, I needed something to brighten my kitchen. My kitchen is done in cows and sunflowers. I got this cheap place mats and some fake sunflowers at the dollar store!

Maybe try some color--that should brighten up the space! A yellow table cloth would bring out the sunflowers. Or just use colorful place mats.

I would use a pale yellow tablecloth wirh your placemats. Then put some matching cushions on the bench to lean against.
I love it. It looks cheery. Your colors look great too. I know with little kids its hard to have a table cloth on the table so it looks great just like it is.
It is a very nice table setting and I like it.
