In medium saucepan, over medium heat cook ground beef, minced onion and salt until ground beef is brown; drain fat. Stir in undiluted soup, cook until hot and bubbly about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Toast buns under broiler. Serve mixture on buns.

Now, this sounds really yummy and something my group will enjoy. I make what they've named "Grub Gravy" using ground beef and cooking it with onion, then draining all fat off and pouring undiluted Cream of Chicken Soup over the meat.
I've never used any other type of soup, but I'll surely try the Vegetable Beef. I like the idea of their eating more veggies anyway. Thank you for the great idea Robin. You post some wonderful recipes and I've used so many of your
ideas and tips.
