I have an 8x10 mostly white rug with some orange and pink circles. I want to make the whole rug white. Does anyone have any suggests on how to accomplish this?

Sorry, but chances are 99 % that you won't be able to get the rug white. It will depend on what the fibers are in the rug and also what kind of dye was used. I would stear clear of bleach because bleach can melt many fibers including cotton.
