Prevent Muffins And Cupcakes Sticking To Liners

Do your muffins and cupcakes stick to the cupcake liners? It seems that the "reduced fat" kick has made the mixes SO un-fat, that everything sticks now. I now give each cupcake paper a quick squirt with nonstick baking spray before I put the batter in and have had great success!
