Bella is a 1 year old Chihuahua and Daschund mix. We adopted Bella from the Humane Society of North Texas 3 months ago. She has lots of chew toys that she tears up all over the house, and she is always making the cat (Sophie) mad so that she will chase her. She's very shy because when we got her she had been abused, but now she is happy and healthy!

She is darling! It looks as if she got her size from the chihuahua and her face from the dachshund. I, too, have rescue dogs - a 13-yr. old dachshund/beagle female named Missy, and a "less than year-old" golden retriever mix named Goldy.

Hi, I'm not sure if you received my last message, something malfunctioned on my computer so I wasn't sure if you got it. Just wanted to say you have an adorable dog and my Riley looks pretty similar. Haha.
I would say she's a doxie/chihuahua mix. We adopted that combination mix and she lived to be almost 20! One of the smartest, silliest and most loyal pets we've ever had.
