Crafts and Decorative Pictures Using Paper Towels and Napkins?

I remember reading somewhere that you can make beautiful pictures or something with pretty paper towels and paper napkins. I bought some paper towels that have seashells on them and I want to do something with them. Any ideas? Thank you.
