My computer starts with 2 prompts:
1.) C:\WINDOWS\system\sass/exe
Make sure you type the name correctly and then try again. To search a file, click the Start button and Click Search. I tried that. It does not recognize the disc drive. I cannot burn any CDs, it has very little memory, but won't let me delete anything or move stuff to discs.
If you shut it off completely, it doesn't go to Windows, it stops at the beginning Dell prompt and then asks you to choose F1 or F2 set up, both takes me to parts of the computer I know nothing about.
2.) "AppleSyncNotifier.exe" Failed to start, unable to locate because icudt36.dll was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix this. I have no idea what that is.

I just did a quick search and found two things that might help you.

This may be an issue of the Microsoft warning NOT to press the "F1" key if using WinXP.... See previous thread:

Alice,
You may want to run a scan to ensure that you do not have a virus or other nasty. There are several good freeware options:
Malwarebytes - www.malwarebytes.org/
Other tools are available but use a good source like www.snapfiles.com/
