I'm using a Knifty Knitter loom; I want to do 3 panels lengthwise and keep them the same length? How do I do this?

I would just count the rows; you could mark every fifth or tenth row with a piece of different colored yarn to help you keep your tally. If you have one panel done, just count the rows in it, then match them.
I take some paper and on one side I list the Row number. I also make 3 columns. Panel 1, Panel 2, and Panel 3. I check off each row for each panel as I complete it. All 3 panels are the exact same length this way. I also make notes on the paper in case I need to remember something.
