Frugal Patio Door Curtain

I have been exploring ways to "Decorate on a Dime". I needed a patio door width curtain rod. I purchased a length of 1 1/2 inch bamboo from the garden center and some wooden brackets in natural wood color from a thrift store and I have a nice feng shui look. The bamboo is very strong and straight and did not even require a center bracket.

I also used flat bed sheets for the curtain (an idea from Thrifty Fun). The bamboo rod goes freely through the largest hem of the sheet, and I just let the length flow to the floor. No sewing required.

I used a tension rod and 2 flat sheets over my patio door.
