Cold Salmon Loaf

Ingredients

• 1 can salmon, flaked and boned
• 1 package cream cheese (8 oz.)
• 1/4 cup grated onion
• 1/2 tsp. real lemon
• 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke

Directions

Mix together, form in log rolls and roll in parsley flakes. Chill. Serve on crackers.
