I'm so sorry that we don't have a pattern for this cute doll/air freshener. I did a look online and ran into only patterns for purchase. There don't seem to be any free patterns still available. The pattern is either discontinued or the site is spammy.
If anyone has access to one of these patterns, please share it with us.
