1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley or rosemary, OR 1 tsp. of either herb dried
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
Dash cayenne pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan; mix well. Heat until mixture begins to simmer; DO NOT boil. Remove from heat. Serve over broiled fish. Serves: 4
