The Weight Watchers Quick Start Plus Program Cookbook is available on Amazon. It has the program basics in it for the Quick Start Plus Program. I also ordered The Weight Watchers Complete Cookbook from 1990 that has exchanges listed in it rather than points. I'm starting over. I lost about 65 lbs on Quick Start Plus back in the 80's. I've gain it back and have tried WW points programs numerous times with no success.
I believe it was called Quick Start.
