I have a year old Yorkie mix and just recently he started peeing right in front of his doggie door. He has been house trained for at least 6 months now. Its really strange. The only thing different is that we got new furniture and our house has been upside down because of the new furniture and old furniture. We are trying to figure out where to put it all. I have no idea what to do? Help!

Is your Yorkie having a problem going out the doggie door to do #2? If so, do you think something scared him when going outside? Try moving his food bowl close to where he's peeing and see if that works. May need some re-training: take outside on a leash and have him pee, do for a couple of weeks until he's reminded of where he's supposed to relieve himself. Yorkies are notorious for being difficult to house-break. You need to be consistent with him. Perhaps the doggie door idea is not for him if he's going to be unreliable.
You need to make sure the spot is cleaned VERY well. I've used Nature's Miracle. Then you need to cover the spot so he can't reach it. Since it's in the way of the door you can't put a solid big object there.
