Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. In a large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy, then add 1/2 cups sugar and lemon juice. Mix well and pour into graham cracker crust. Place cheesecake on a cookie sheet and bake for 45 minutes. Meanwhile, combine sour cream and 2 Tbsp. sugar. After baking for 45 minutes, spread the sour cream/sugar mixture over cheesecake and bake for another 10-15 minutes. Cool completely before slicing.

I love cheesecake and this one sounds delicious, can't wait to try it. Thanks.
I love a nice lemon cheesecake and this recipe sounds different than the usual plain cheesecake. I think I will try this tomorrow as I have extra cream cheese around since it was on sale. Sounds yum.
Sounds simple and creamy, will try! Thanks.
OMG. I made this today and it was so good! The sour cream topping baked on top made this one of the best cheesecakes I ever ate, thanks for sharing!
