Burt is a 9 year old Basset Hound. Burt was adopted after his previous owner left him in a sweltering car with windows up while she was getting a tattoo. She was alerted several times and laughed it off. When the police arrived Burt had to be revived after falling unconscious. Happy ending though. Tattoo gal arrested and Burt is in a new loving home!

What an awful thing for Burt to have to have gone through. I am glad he found someone who will take care of him the way he deserves!
