If you mean one of those folding racks with pegs on them, I googled where to buy a folding coffee cup rack as my search term, and found several sites. Try it and see if they are what you want. I have one of this type rack on the bedroom wall to hold necklaces.
You should be able to find them at kitchen specialty stores and places even like Wal-Mart.

I buy them at the dolar stores. I have 1 on just about every doorback in my house.
I use the folding rack too to hold my necklaces. It works better than anything I have ever used but am getting too much of a collection and need another.
