Ingredients:
- 1 large can tomato or V-8 juice
- 1 can French style green beans
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups chopped cabbage
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- salt and pepper, to taste
- sugar substitute, to taste
- Italian seasoning
- parsley flakes
- garlic powder
- thyme
Directions:
Simmer all ingredients until veggies are tender. Very low in calories and a filling snack or main course.
