I haven't had this in a long time, but I look forward to it as much as I do the Thanksgiving dinner.
We have a dish in our house known as Musgo "everything in the fridge must go". At Thanksgiving time, Musgo is a Thanksgiving casserole.
Take a normal size casserole dish and layer the bottom with turkey meat. One layer. Pour gravy in with the turkey till the turkey has a nice covering (but don't drown the bird).
Add left over vegetables as another light layer (the vegetables can be mixed up). Cover with mashed potatoes (about a half inch layer or less). Cover the potatoes with a layer of stuffing.
Bake the dish at 350 F for about a half an hour. It could take longer if your layers are thick or maybe even less time it your layers are marginal.
Take out and serve hot. Thanksgiving all over again. Serve it with a side of left over cranberry and rolls :)

Mmm Mmm good! Add more gravy on top of the mashers and then more gravy on the stuffing too! Can you tell I like gravy - LOL ;-)
