When I want to make a batch I dump it into a large bowl and add:
*Note; 1 Tbsp. of ground flax seed mixed with 1/4 cup of water is a great egg substitute for baking in pancakes, cakes, muffins, etc.
Sometimes I get spunky, and I have added bananas, cinnamon, and chopped pecans to make Banana Pancakes. I have added cinnamon and chopped apples, and I have added blueberry.

We don't make pancakes that often so I will make up a batch of this one and store it in the pantry or frig. Thanks for this recipe, whole wheat is recommended by our Dr.
