This is the store brand of jeans for Sam's Club. MM stands for Member's Mark. It looks like it is a private label manufactured by Wrangler jeans.
Just rec'd 3 pairs MM jeans via FedEx Ground, ordered from samsclub.com a few days ago and the package label says From: Perry Ellis Intl, 125 Valambrosia Road, Dublin, GA 31021
