Will a tulip plant rebloom if it is planted in one of those very large pots, like a pot I used for tomatoes? The pot can hold about 75 lbs of soil.

No it won't rebloom again. It has used up it's energy for this year. If you want it to bloom next year you will have to put it somewhere where it is cold but not freezing after the foliage turns brown. Do not cut back the foliage now as that takes energy away from the plant for next year.
