Preheat coals in outdoor grill for 2 hours. Combine ground beef, 1/3 cup ketchup and remaining ingredients in large bowl. Shape mixture into 8 inch loaf. Place on sheet of double thickness heavy-duty aluminum foil. Top with remaining ketchup. Wrap loaf, folding several times to seal in juices. Place packet on grill over medium coals. Cook for 1 1/2 hours, turning with tongs every 10-15 minutes; do not puncture foil. 8 servings.
