I have been using this method of cutting mangoes for quite a while and it always works well. Cut and paste this into your address bar. video.about.com/

That site's method is too much work. I cut away thin strips of peel from top to bottom on half of the mango, holding it by the rind on theother half. Then cut wedges of the peeled half, dropping them onto a plate.
