Toss all ingredients well in a small bowl, cover, refrigerate, and let marinate for at least two to three hours or up to one day.

I make this too. I guessed this recipe was yours, and when I checked, I was right. I almost always love your recipes because you seem to like the same kinds of savory/umami type combinations I do -- a number of which are similar to things I make. However, I really never use recipes -- sometimes with major fails, but, thankfully, most of which can be saved. I really admire that you apparently have all of your best codified.
I would love if you included photos and think you should consider pulling them together in a cookbook. There are a lot of self/online publishing options these days. Research obviously would be important, but I think your success here suggests that your recipes/flavor profiles strike a popular chord, even if just for local distribution or as a lovely legacy/gift for your loved ones. I'd definitely buy it.
I think you are my favorite ThriftyFun poster, recipes or otherwise, and I sincerely appreciate your contributions. I also love your name (never heard it before, but enjoy saying it)!
Just wanted to send my appreciation and best wishes,
All my best, gina.
