I love Tastefully Simple's Bruschetta Cheese Ball mix, but it is too expensive to keep buying. Has anyone created a copy cat recipe for that?

Ingredients
Bruschetta Cheese Ball Mix
8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 cups milk
12 - 16 oz. prepared cheese or other filled tortellini
1/2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Combine first 3 ingredients in a large saucepan; stir with whisk over low heat until cream cheese melts. Stir in prepared tortellini and spinach; spread mixture in a greased 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbling. Makes 6-8 servings. Good luck.
Hi and Thanks. I will have to try this. What I am actually looking for is a "Copy Cat" version of the Cheese Ball mix itself. I would like to be able to make my own cheese ball bruschetta seasoning packet .
I agree! It's not even made anymore! I used what I could purchase as they ended their stock, and need more! I am very handy in the kitchen and have many spices (I don't think there is one sold that I don't have.) I would love a "copy cat" recipe to make the packet mix homemade.
