In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients together properly. Heat the oil in a frying pan. The oil should be approximately 1 1/2 inches deep. Use a spoon to scoop some of the mixture onto your hand. In the palm of your hand, shape a fritter. Repeat making fritter after fritter until no more of the mixture is left. Fry in heated oil until the fritters are golden brown. Remember to turn them, so that they will fry on both sides. Remove from oil and drain slightly to remove excess oil. Serve immediately while still hot.
