How do I clean a burned enamelware pan?

First try heating up some baking soda and water in the pan for awhile and stirring in until the bottom goo starts coming loose.
If that does not work, you could try washing it with a little Bar Keepers Friend. I'm pretty sure it is safe for Enamelware - but read the can just in case. Do not heat this stuff up. Just the baking soda. Hopefully the soda will do the trick - it usually works for me.
Just let it soak over night or a few hours with soap & water, good luck.
After letting the pan soak, I suggest a baking soda/water paste and a nylon scrubber.
Try to bring a can of coke to a slow boil. I saw that on "How Clean Is Your House?" It works great.
If outside, try Comet and a nylon scrubber. I have cleaned many items and appliances with a slightly liquid solution of Comet (so as to not scratch) and have had fantastic results.
