No, please take it to your dry cleaners.
According to the coach site, they only recommend using their fabric cleaner and a soft cloth. Please also note that Dry cleaners may use chemicals that are not appropriate for the materials Coach bags are made out of. Suggest you call Coach customer service, describe the stain or issue and see what they recommend. Good luck!
