Combine first 5 ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, and cool. Combine graham cracker crumbs, coconut, walnuts and vanilla in bowl; mix well. Add hot mixture to graham cracker mixture; mix well. Line nonstick cookie sheet with 24 graham crackers. Spread hot mixture over crackers. Top with remaining 24 graham crackers. Cool.
Combine 1 cup sugar, margarine and 1/4 cup milk in saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and chocolate chips; mix well. Spread over graham crackers. Cool. Cut into squares.
