Sugar Free Electrolyte Sports Drink Recipe?

I am looking for a recipe for making a sugar-free electrolyte sports drink.

You can use the sugar free Kool-Aid or Crystal Light and just add 2 teaspoons of salt and 2 teaspoons of salt substitute (salt has sodium and salt substitute has potassium).

* 2 quarts water
* 2 tablespoons sugar
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/2 teaspoon salt substitute (made with potassium chloride)
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 package Kool-Aid or other flavoring (optional) OR
* 2 teaspoons vanilla (or other) extract

Preparation:
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate. Use the mix within 4 days.

Interesting that this sugar free recipe requires two tablespoons of sugar. Hmm.
