Put all of the ingredients except the cheese in a crockpot sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Cook covered on high for 4 hours or you can cook it on low for 6-8 hours. Just before serving, add the cheese to the crockpot and stir until it is melted. Serve.

This sounds really good and low in calories and fat. I'm going to cook a batch and freeze in individual servings as it's just me eating it. Thanks
