Use Lettuce To Reheat Beef

This tip is for reheating beef in the microwave, really great for prime rib! Wrap the meat in lettuce leaves and reheat as normal. The water in the lettuce prevents the meat from over cooking and becoming dry.

I don't think this would work as well. The lettuce would probably get charred by the heat of the grill and would lose its moisture in the process. I would probably wrap it in aluminum foil first to trap the liquids.
