My slippers have rubber soles and they mark the kitchen floor, leaving a greasy type of mark. It will come off, but can I do anything to the soles of the slippers to prevent this occurring?

The black foam soles on my slippers are leaving black marks on the kitchen and bathroom tile. Naturally I bought 3 pair since they were comfortable. Is there anything I can spray on them to keep from marking up my floors?
