Diabetic Powdered Sugar Replacement

This simple powdered sugar replacement for powdered sugar is easy to make.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups nonfat dry milk powder
  • 2 cups cornstarch
  • 1 cup granulated sugar replacement

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender. Whip until well blended and powdered. Makes: 4 cups.

Thanks for the recipe. DH is borderline diabetic and loves sweets. I use Splenda in place of sugar, but some recipes call for powdered sugar and it raises his blood sugar too high.

I'm trying to make a birthday cake for a man that works with my husband and he is a diabetic. I hope this will make cake decorating icing.
