Quick and Easy Cherry Parfait

This is a quick, easy, eye-catching desert for a special occasion, or just because it can be made ahead of time.

Ingredients:

• 1 tapioca pudding

• 1/2 tsp. almond extract
• 1 can cherry pie filling

Directions:

Prepare pudding according to directions. Add almond extract. Layer pudding and pie filling in 1/2 inch layers in parfait dishes. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
