Ingredients
- 4 lb. sausage; browned with onions
- 2 onions
- 1 cup green peppers
- 2 cans mushrooms, drained
- 4 cans mushroom soup
- peeled, cooked and chopped potatoes, enough to fill 6 qt. kettle
- 2 jars pizza sauce
- 1 qt. salsa
- 2 tsp. basil
- 1 small. package pepperoni
- 1/2 box Velveeta cheese
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all together and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours. Enough for one roaster.
