Tweety is a Jack Russell Terrier. She is 6 years and 2 months old. We had to put down or precious dog Panda, and my husband wanted another small dog to love. We contacted our vet and they happened to come across a small female dog that needed a loving home, they know us so they wanted to offer her to us first. This dog, her name was Tweety, and we got her.
She loves to watch TV, she gets real excited when animals come onto the screen, she loves to spend time with my husband, and she loves to go for rides in the car and pick up, I found out she does not like to have her picture taken.
We have a fence dividing our lawn with the neighbor's lawn and they have 4 dogs, so when Tweety wants to go outside, she also likes to play with the other dogs, they all gather around the fence and then race from one end of the fence to the other, she is a very loving dog.
We got Tweety about 4-6 months ago, she loves to sit on my husbands lap, and we can always tell when bad weather is coming because she will sit behind my husbands recliner and she just shakes, when the storm passes, she is fine.
If she sees me get my purse or just the wallet and I put on my shoes, she knows I am about to go somewhere/ She bounces around, and tries her best with her short stubby tail to show me how excited she is and that she really hopes that I will pick her up and take her with me where ever I am going to go.
She also gets to go with my husband in his pickup at times. She is such a sweetie, we are so very fortunate to have her, we love her so very much.
Thanks, Pati

Is this a recent photo of Tweety? If so, she looks very young for a 6 year old Jack Russell Terrier. At that age they are usually more furrier, especially around the face. I have a Rat Terrier named Jackie, and Tweety and Jackie look so much alike, especially in the face and eyes, (except for the color of course) and also has a short stubby tail. I was just curious, that's all. Tweety is adorable. Paws up!
Take a look at my little girl too! She was 8 years old here (a little over weight too).
