I don't know where the person who came up with this cool idea got her template, but I googled "angel template" and looked at "Images for Angel Template" and came up with a lot of cool ones like this:

You could also google angel template stainglass and get a lot of different angels...it would be really cute to do all the different styles and cover a Christmas tree in all different angels.
