not sure how this qualifies as a "mini" reuben in most places this is the "actual" size of the sandwich and a traditional reuben has 1000 island dressing on it
OMGosh, Reubens are my very favorite sandwiches! What better than to serve the mini ones on a cheese, cracker, pickle, olive and fruit dish! I don't make a Reuben many times for myself as I live alone and it can be rather pricey.
