Can I freeze a Bolognese sauce that has been left in the fridge after cooking for 3 days?

I am sure it's been over three days now so I would say no at this point but yes you can freeze this type of sauce. I would do it after day one or two at most. For future reference make sure the sauce is cooled before placing in zip lock bags or other freezer containers and remove as much air from the container as possible.
