Puppy ate straps off 3 bras. Will he be able to pass these or should I start to worry?

You should be VERY concerned. Watch the dog closely for normal bowel movements and the straps. If the dog seems distressed at all or you don't see a BM in the next few hours go IMMEDIATELY to the vet. Waiting until the next day could kill your dog.
Make sure the dog gets plenty of water and a lot of walking (with you on a leash; do NOT just let the puppy into the yard) to help stimulate the movement in the intestines.
Intestinal obstruction is often FATAL for dogs. Even if the vet operates and removes the obstruction the dog may not survive if the obstruction has been there long enough for the instestinal tissue to die...and that doesn't take long.
I hope everything is fine with the puppy but if so; you still MUST change how you're caring for the dog. They can not be allowed to chew and eat whatever they please...or have access to do so even if you think you aren't allowing it to happen.
More exercise is a must as tired puppies and dogs sleep instead of trying to amuse themselves eating your home. You're looking at a MINIMUM of two 30-40 min fast walks/jogs every day, rain or shine plus several quick pee walks daily.
Exercise, daily training time and lots of play will also help ease separation anxiety if that's helping drive the dog to chew.
Provide plenty of SAFE toys and chews when you're gone as well.
That question is best asked of your veterinarian.
He did pass it out. I took him into the clinic and had x-rays done and he is okay now. He is a very very active puppy! Thank you for responding!
